#DMC18. The most beautiful open air drone festival in the world
On 26 August 2018, industrial drones rised again above the horseracing track Berlin-Karlshorst. In the world's only marathon for industrial drones, teams from Germany and Europe came together for a big challenge. Built for applications in industry and agriculture, the DRONEMASTER Dronathon challengers had to master the classic marathon distance of 42,195 kilometers.
In the run-up to the DRONEMASTERS Convention, drone workshops for kids between the ages of 10 and 15 will once again take place this year. The DRONEMASTERS Junior Acedemy opens up access to drones and drone races in five-day workshops. Among other things, the juniors get to know different drone systems, get their own drone, which they can adapt and program, and build their own race track. At the #DMC18, all workshop participants will have the opportunity to present their skills.
Of course we are also looking forward to exciting Meetups and presentations.
Also at this year's DRONEMASTERS Convention a colourful bouquet of extraordinary formats awaits us. In addition to the Dronathon, which has been an integral part of the convention for years, there is a lot to discover and try out.
